Dining at Flemings

 

Michael Fleming has been voted best Chef in Munster by Good Eating Guide in 2014.

 

Michael is an artist in the kitchen and cooking for his guests is still the most important aspect of Flemings.

 

Only the finest ingredients are chosen to feature in our cooking, no compromise will ever be taken and only the best food will leave the kitchen.

 

Our menu changes regularly to respect the seasons and to ensure the freshness & high quality of our ingredients.

 

 

Our restaurant comprises of two large drawing rooms with original Georgian features. Large sash windows let the southern light pour in, while two open fireplaces and crisp white table linen set the scene for dining experience like no other. The adjoining dining rooms seat up to 90 persons and can be arranged to provide dining for large or small groups. Pre-dinner drinks can be availed of in our bar.

While our menu is based on tradition French cuisine, over the years we have also embraced some of the more contemporary dishes. However, in doing so, Michael has never forsaken the tradition methods. Great detail is lavished on the sourcing of our ingredients with seasonal vegetables and herbs all emanating from our garden.
