Dave O'Donoghue @ Scott's London

 

Michael Fleming believes that young chefs need to spread their wings. With that in mind, he sent our chef Dave O'Donoghue to London to work with one of his former students in Scott's. Dave has settled in perfectly in that high-class fine dining environment and was joined by Michael's new prodigy, Kevin, for a week's stage. Head Chef Dave McCarthy has worked with Flemings, getting his love of seafood from Michael - Michael encouraged him to go to London to spread his wings and Dave has taken to the challenge, succeeding in becoming head chef in Scott's. Connections between Dave & Michael have been strong over the years, resulting in Michael sending his students for work experience to Dave.
